DELIVERY.

 

We offer FREE delivery service within UAE. For international shipping, we offer a flat rate of 120 AED (~32 USD) per shipment. All product prices are inclusive of local taxes, however your order may be subject to an import fee, depending on the local regulations in your country.

 

  1. Deliveries within the United Arab Emirates.

 

We offer the Next Day delivery to the following destinations within the UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah. Other locations within UAE can take up to 2 working days unless otherwise agreed with the client upon delivery schedule.

 

  1. Deliveries to the Rest of World.

 

We offer Express delivery worldwide, serviced by our delivery partners. 

You will be able to get a tracking number to your registered email once your order is shipped.

Worldwide Delivery takes approximately 5-7 days, however some remote locations can take a bit longer.

 

*Due to adverse weather conditions, there may be a slight delay in deliveries however we try to maintain the delivery time specified.

 

  

RETURNS

If a customer is not happy with the purchase they may obtain a full refund within 5 days of receipt of the goods. Satisfaction is always a top priority and as such each query is addressed individually to the best of our ability.

We would appreciate if you specify the reason of return to help us improve our services.

Full amount, with shipping costs for the returned items (for International shipments) deducted, will be refunded to you within 10 days, depending on your bank’s policies. Please note, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded to you in cash.

 

Please be aware that to receive a refund, the Product(s) must be unworn and in the same condition as received by you, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging. We will not accept returns that do not adhere to the specified conditions outlined.

 

All returns should be sent back in their original packaging provided. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the packaging is properly protected. Returns originated in Dubai can be picked up by our team.

Merchandise sold during sale or special offers is not returnable.

EXCHANGES

 

To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@mykaftanstore.com. 

We are able to process exchanges for items that remain in their original condition with all the labels attached and in the original packaging. Size exchanges are subject to product availability. We will not accept exchange of items that do not adhere to the specified conditions outlined.

An additional 40 USD charge for international shipment will be charged for an exchange.

WE DO EXCHANGES ONE TIME PER CUSTOMER ONLY, THERE ARE NO UNLIMITED EXCHANGES.
